What age these playhouses & climbing frames are suitable for?
Most playhouses and climbing frames suit children from around 2–12 years depending on the features included and size. Ground level platforms and enclosed playhouses suit younger children, while elevated playhouses, swings and climbing elements like monkey bars are better for older children with developed coordination.
Do I need large garden?
Not necessarily. All our playframes can be customised so it doesn't matter if you have compact city yard or large country garden we have playhouse or climbing frame for you. If you’re unsure, you can send us your available space and we’ll help you find a suitable option.
Can swings be added later?
In most cases yes. Many frames allow swings or accessories to be added after installation, making it easy to expand the play area as children grow.
Do they need to be fixed in to the ground?
Many of our playhouses can be left free standing as they have wide platforms & are heavy, however swings are always anchored using wooden stakes about foot deep.
If your site is very exposed anchoring is recommended for all playhouses and active climbing structures. In some cases concrete might be required. We can advise on suitable option depending on your ground type and location.
How long does assembly take?
Assembly time varies by size, but most garden structures take 3-5 hours with two adults. Clear instructions are provided and we’re happy to offer guidance if needed.
What sort of warranty you provide with your products?
5 years structural warranty is given on all wooden structures. Hardware and accessories caries 1 year warranty. Cosmetic cracks along the grain of the wood are excluded from the warranty as in 98% of the cases they doesn't affect the strength or longevity of the structure. If you concerned please send us a picture, we will be more than happy to assess and repair if we see it necessary.
